About Me

Hi, I'm Kendra! 

   Hi, I’m the owner and dietitian behind Beyond Nutrition. I help people feel their best through a personalized approach that goes beyond just food—addressing stress, movement, sleep, and anything else that might be getting in the way of your goals.

   My own health journey is what led me here. I grew up with poor nutrition habits, little physical activity, and a lot of stress that often drove me to emotional eating. Like many teens, I got caught in the cycle of yo-yo dieting—constantly chasing quick fixes that never lasted.

   That started to change in high school, when I heard a dietitian speak and realized there was a better way. I went on to study dietetics, and as I learned, I began to heal—building a more balanced relationship with food, improving my energy, and feeling stronger in both body and mind.

   Now, as a licensed dietitian, I bring that same sustainable, whole-person approach to my clients. Whether your goal is better energy, weight loss, or simply feeling more like yourself again, I’m here to help you make lasting, realistic changes—without extremes.

My Approach to Nutrition

   My approach is holistic, personalized, and designed to fit your real life—not an ideal version of it. While nutrition is at the core of what I do, I also consider sleep, stress, movement, and mindset. These areas are all connected, and real change happens when we address them together.

   Each plan is tailored using a mix of data and personal insight—labs, glucose monitors, fitness trackers, and your feedback—so recommendations are realistic, effective, and aligned with your goals.

   I work especially well with busy professionals, parents, and high-performing individuals who want to feel better without adding stress. We focus on small, meaningful steps that lead to lasting change—so health becomes something that supports your life, not something that complicates it.

   You’ll also have access to a private client app with personalized resources, habit tracking, and direct communication to keep you supported between sessions.

   At the end of the day, I care about helping you feel your best—more energy, less overwhelm, and a confident, lasting relationship with food and health.
