Hi, I'm Kendra! 

   I am the owner and sole dietitian here at Beyond Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their healthiest, happiest selves through a personalized approach that goes beyond food. Together, we’ll address all aspects of health—stress, activity, sleep, and whatever else may be standing in the way of your goals.
   
   My own health journey is what inspired me to become a dietitian. Growing up, I struggled with poor nutrition, a sedentary lifestyle, and the heavy stress that often led me to turn to food for comfort. Like so many, I tried yo-yo dieting as a teenager, cycling through restrictive diets that were impossible to stick to.
   
   Everything changed during my senior year of high school when I heard a dietitian speak on career day. I was fascinated by her knowledge and knew instantly that I wanted to learn how to heal myself and others. As I studied dietetics in college, I began to transform my relationship with food, set small, realistic goals for activity, and find healthier ways to manage stress. The results were life-changing—my energy, health, and confidence soared.
   
   Now, as a licensed dietitian, I bring that same transformative approach to my clients. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your energy, manage a health condition, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide and support you. My mission is to create a plan that fits your lifestyle, helps you overcome barriers, and empowers you to make changes that last a lifetime.
